Refund policy

We want you to feel happy reaching for your Soft Beach bag every time. If something isn’t quite right, don’t stress, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

We’ll make it right and take care of you. Depending on availability, this may mean a replacement or store credit. 

A Little Note 

Soft Beach pieces are handmade in small batches using cotton fabrics. Because of this, slight variations in size and print placement may occur and are part of what makes each bag uniquely yours.

Items showing signs of wear or use may not be eligible for return or exchange.
